Our service is tailored to your requirements however a typical service would commence with the production of an ‘Initial Report’ at the pre-construction stage covering all aspects of the scheme highlighting any areas of concern together with practical advice on how to overcome and shortcomings in the documentation of proposals.
We would then follow with a monthly or periodic report as required to make recommendation for drawdown on what we believe to be a fair and reasonable valuation of the works to date. Throughout the process we are the Banks ‘eyes and ears’ we are proactive and helpful in our approach. We aim to assist not hinder the development team as a whole.
